Anti human cd15 apc

Manufactured by BioLegend
Sourced in Germany

Anti-human CD15-APC is a monoclonal antibody conjugated with the fluorescent dye Allophycocyanin (APC). It is designed to detect and quantify CD15, also known as Lewis X, on the surface of human cells. CD15 is a carbohydrate antigen involved in cell-cell adhesion and is expressed on various cell types, including myeloid cells, granulocytes, and some activated lymphocytes.

Surface expression of TLR4 (anti-mouse TLR4-PE, BioLegend, catalog 145403), LTβR (anti-mouse catalog 134403 or anti-human catalog 322008 LTβR-PE, BioLegend), TNFRI (TNFRI-APC, BioLegend catalog 369906), or TNFRII (anti-mouse catalog 113406 or anti-human catalog B293743 TNFRII-PE-Cy7, BioLegend) was assessed on neutrophils from human cord or peripheral blood or mouse peripheral blood using a Beckman Coulter Gallios or a Cytoflex S flow cytometer and analyzed with FlowJo Analysis Software. Surface expression of CD11b (Mac-1) (anti–mouse or anti–human Cd11b-AF700 BioLegend catalog 101222) and CD18 (integrin β2 subunit) (anti-human CD18-FITC, BioLegend catalog 302106) was assessed after 2 hours of incubation either with 20 ng/mL recombinant human TNF-α or HBSS as control using Cytoflex S flow cytometer and FlowJo Analysis Software for analysis. Gating of human neutrophils was performed using CD15 (anti-human CD15-APC, BioLegend catalog 323008) and CD66b (anti-human CD66b-PB, BioLegend catalog 305112). Designing Universal ELANE Exon 4 sgRNA

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
To design a universal sgRNA targeting ELANE exon 4, the coding sequence of ELANE exon 4 was mapped to the human genome (Homo sapiens, hg38) using the latest version of CrispRGold (https://crisprgold.mdc-berlin.de) to identify potential off-target sites, GC content, and folding energy between the targeting sequence and the scaffold RNA. sgRNA with the lowest off-target risk score >11, melting temperature (Tm) ≤60°C, and a scaffold-folding energy ≤20 kcal/mol was selected.42 (link),43 (link) Synthetic sgELANE-ex4 and sgELANE-L172P were purchased from Synthego (Menlo Park, CA, USA). Cas9 protein was purchased from Integrated DNA Technologies (Leuven, Belgium). The following antibodies were purchased from BioLegend (Koblenz, Germany): anti-human CD45-Brilliant Violet (BV)605, anti-mouse CD45-phycoerythrin (PE)/Cy7, anti-human CD19-fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), anti-human CD3e-allophycocyanin (APC), anti-human CD15-APC, anti-human CD11b-PE/Cy7, anti-human CD16-BV711, anti-human CD66b-FITC, anti-human CD33-BV785, anti-human CD56-BV421, anti-human CD34-APC, anti-human CD38-PE/Cy7.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
