Mouse ifn alpha platinum elisa kit

Manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific

The Mouse IFN alpha Platinum ELISA Kit is a quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) used for the measurement of mouse interferon alpha (IFN-α) levels in biological samples. The kit utilizes pre-coated microplates and provides all the necessary reagents for performing the assay.

2 × 104 mature pDCs and 2 × 103 progenitor cells were sort-purified and stimulated with CpG-A 2216 (6 μ g/ml) or CpG-B 1826 (6 μ g/ml) for 16 h at day 0 or after 4 d of culture. Supernatants were analyzed with a Mouse IFN alpha Platinum ELISA Kit (eBioscience).

The levels of BAFF in media, imiquimod, or ODN 2395 stimulated cell culture supernatants were analyzed using the Mouse BAFF/BLyS/TNFSF13B Quantikine ELISA Kit (R&D Systems, Minneapolis, MN, USA). The levels of IFNα in serum and splenic leukocyte culture supernatants were determined with eBioscience Mouse IFN alpha Platinum ELISA kit (eBioscience). The ELISAs were performed per the manufacturers’ protocols. Ciraplex® Chemiluminescent Assay kits (Aushon Biosystem, Billerica, MA, USA) were used to quantify the levels of IFN-γ, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6, IL-10, and TNFα in serum and cell culture supernatants per the manufacturer’s instructions49 (link),65 (link). The images of chemiluminescent array plates were captured with Cirascan image system (Aushon) and the image data was processed with Cirasoft software. All the assays were performed with two technical replicates for each sample.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
