For the blockade experiments, PBMCs were pre-incubated with anti-IL-27Rα mAbs (10 μg/mL, clone:191106, R&D Systems, MN) or anti-gp130 mAbs (10 μg/mL, clone:28126, R&D Systems, MN), or a combination of both mAbs for 20 minutes on ice. Cells incubated with non-specific mouse IgG (10μg/mL, clone:20,116, R&D Systems, MN) was used as control. Cell were then stimulated with media and rhIL-27 (10 ng/mL; PeproTech, NJ). Staining for phosphorylated STAT1 and STAT3 was performed as describe above with the panel of mAb described in
Anti gp130 mab
Anti-gp130 mAb is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the glycoprotein 130 (gp130) receptor. gp130 is a component of the receptor complexes for various cytokines, including interleukin-6 (IL-6) and oncostatin M. This antibody can be used in research applications to study the function and signaling of the gp130 receptor.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
