Protein Characterization via Chemical Modifications

Succinic anhydride, 2,4,6–trinitrophene sulphonic acid (TNBS), glycine, sodium dodecyl sulfates (SDS), Coomassie Brilliant Blue R–250, 5,5–dithiobis (2–nitrobenzoic acid) (DTNB), 8–anilino–1–naphthalenesulfonic acid ammonium salt (ANS), ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), and potassium bromide (KBr) were acquired from Sigma–Aldrich Co.
