Pesticide Quantification Using HPLC-MS/MS

PSA and C18 were obtained by Agilent Technologies (Tianjin, China). 2 mL Agela Cleanert MAS-Q purification tubes (PSA, 50 mg; C18, 50 mg; MgSO4, 150 mg) were purchased from Bonna-Agela Technologies Co. (Tianjin, China). Sodium chloride (NaCl) and AR-acetonitrile were purchased from Shanghai Lingfeng Chemical Reagent Co. (Shanghai, China).
A separate standard solution for each pesticide was prepared in acetonitrile at a concentration of 1000 mg/L. Then, the mixed standard solutions were prepared in methanol. All standard solutions were stored in a refrigerator at 4 °C for use in subsequent experiments.
