COF-TB and Polyoxometalates Synthesis

2,4,6–Trihydroxybenzene–1,3,5–tricarbaldehyde was ordered from Jilin Yanshen Technology Co., Ltd., Jilin, China. 2,2’–Bipyridine–5,5’–diamine, acetic acid (99%) was obtained from Bide Pharmatech Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China. 1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene (97%), 1,4–dioxane (97%), potassium tetrachloroplatinate(II) (K2PtCl4, 98%), deuterium oxide (99.9%), sodium metavanadate (99.0%), sodium phosphate dibasic dodecahydrate (99%), and sodium molybdate dihydrate (99.0%) were prepared from Aladdin Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China. A total of 30 wt % H2O2 aqueous water, dimethylformamide (DMF, ≥99.5%), isopropyl alcohol (≥99.7%), and methanol (≥99.5%) were bought from Xilong Scientific Co., Ltd., Shantou, China. Iron(III) chloride hexahydrate and cobalt(II) chloride were obtained from Shanghai Macklin Biochemical Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China. The preparation of COF–TB [37 (link)] and 11–molybdo–1–vanadophosphoric acid (polyoxometalates, POM) [49 (link),50 (link)] was based on the supplementary materials. The preparation of COF–TB needs to be carried out at 120 °C without water and oxygen, while the preparation of POM needs to be carried out under normal conditions. The prepared products were dried under vacuum overnight without special instructions.

Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons Analysis

PAHs standards of benzo[b]fluoranthene (99.4%), ben-zo[a]anthracene (99.0%), fluorene, anthracene (99.9%), and pyrene (98.5%), as shown in Table 1, were acquired from Manhage Bio-technology (Beijing, China). Analytical grade sodium hydroxide (NaOH), Iron (Ⅱ) chloride tetrahydrate, and Iron (III) chloride hexahydrate were obtained from Macklin. Tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS), isopropyl alcohol, ammonia, anhydrous toluene, triethylamine, chloro(diethyl)octadecylsilane (ODS, 95% v/v), hydrochloric acid (HCl, 37% v/v), and potassium bromide (KBr) came from Sigma Macau. Methanol (CH4O, polarity:6.6), 95% ethanol (C2H6O, polarity:4.3), acetonitrile (CH3CN, polarity:6.2), and acetic acid (CH3COOH, polarity:6.2) came from Macklin (Shanghai, China). Acidified acetonitrile (3% acetic acid, v/v) was prepared personally. Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography was from Shimadzu. HPLC-grade acetonitrile and methanol were provided by Anaqua (Cleveland, OH, USA).

N-MWCNT-Based Electrochemical Biosensor

Chloroform, methyl alcohol, ethanol, acetone, nitric acid, and potassium hydroxide were purchased from Chongqing Chuandong Chemical Group Co. Ltd. (Chongqing, China). AA, adrenaline, norepinephrine, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid, dopamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine, uric acid, AAox, l-glutamate, MK-801, and DIDS were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA), and were prepared in ultrapure water (18.2 MΩ). Artificial CSF (aCSF) was prepared by dissolving NaCl (126 mM), KCl (2.4 mM), KH2PO4 (0.5 mM), MgCl2 (0.85 mM), NaHCO3 (27.5 mM), Na2SO4 (0.5 mM), and CaCl2 (1.1 mM) in ultrapure water, and the solution was adjusted to pH 7.4. CD68 and 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole were bought from Beyotime (Shanghai, China). CD206 (i.e. MRC1) was bought from Proteintech (Hubei, China).

(China). GPx (740 U/mg), CAT (4323 U/mg) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich Company Ltd. NADPH tetracyclohexanamina (90%), GR (1164.8 U/mL) were purchased from Shanghai Yuanye Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (China). GSH (97%) was purchased from Tianjin Xiensaopude Technology Co., Ltd. (China). SOD (5200 U/mg) was purchased from Beijing Solarbio Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (China). Deionized water (>99.5%), methanol (>99.5%), and ethanol absolute (>99.7%) were purified to analytical grade by Tianjin Yuanli Chemical Co., Ltd. (China). Except for special instructions, all experiments were carried out at room temperature.
