Hplc grade solvents

Manufactured by RCI Labscan
Sourced in Thailand

HPLC-grade solvents are high-purity, ultra-low-residue organic solvents designed for use in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) applications. These solvents meet stringent specifications for parameters such as UV cutoff, non-volatile residue, and acidity/basicity to ensure optimal performance and reliability in HPLC systems.

HPLC Analysis of Polyphenol Compounds

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
PAH16 standards as listed in Table 1 were purchased from Supelco (Bellefonte, PA, USA). HPLC-grade solvents (acetonitrile and dichloromethane) and analytical-grade solvents/chemical (methanol, 2-propanol, 1-buthanol, n-hexane and potassium hydroxide) were purchased from RCI Labscan (Bangkok, Thailand) and Ajax Finechem (Silverwater, NSW, Australia). The DADS and quercetin hydrate were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA).

Characterization of Rice Bran Oil

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Standard triacylglycerol, tocopherols and tocotrienols (≥ 95% by HPLC) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA) . γ-Oryzanol was purchased from Oshii Foods Co. Ltd. (Bangkok, Thailand) . Commercial products of refined RBO, with different levels of γ-oryzanol (4.0, 8.0 and 12.0 mg/g) , were purchased from a local supermarket in Bangkok, Thailand. Crude RBO was gifted by Surin Rice Bran Oil Co. Ltd. (Surin Province, Thailand) . HPLC-grade solvents were obtained from RCI LabScan Co. Ltd. (Bangkok, Thailand) . Stock standard solutions of triacylglycerol, tocopherols, tocotrienols and γ-oryzanol were freshly dissolved in their mobile phase (1.0 mg/mL each) before analysis. The commercially refined and crude RBO were freshly dissolved in their mobile phase (10.0 mg/mL each) before analysis.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
