Alexa Fluor 488-labeled and Alexa Fluor 647-labeled goat anti-rabbit/mouse/rat secondary antibodies were purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, MA, USA). 4,6-Diami-dino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) was obtained from Beyotime (Shanghai, China). The reagents for PC12 cells and neuron cultures were obtained from Gibco (Grand Island, NY, USA) and Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA).
