Protein Expression Analysis in C. elegans

Protein lysates were prepared from synchronous populations of young adult or gravid adult worms. Proteins (50 µg) were separated on precast denaturing polyacrylamide gels (Thermo Fisher Scientific) and transferred to PVDF membranes (Bio-Rad) using a Trans-Blot Turbo Transfer System (Bio-Rad). Membranes were blocked and probed with primary antibodies: monoclonal anti-FLAG (Sigma, M8823), monoclonal anti-GFP (Roche, 11814460001), monoclonal anti-TUBULIN ALPHA (AbD Serotec, MCA77G), and anti-mini-AID-tag (MBL International, M214-3).
