Fast Quant RT Super Mix and SYBR Green PCR reagents were purchased for quantitative RT-PCR assays (R6424 and R6306, Tiangen, China). Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits were purchased from Cusabio Biotech Co., Ltd., China.
