Western Blot and Immunofluorescence Antibodies

Alexa Fluor 488‐labeled Goat Anti‐Rabbit (A0428, 1:200), Cy3‐l‐abeled Goat Anti‐Rabbit (A0516, 1:200) and Alexa Fluor 647‐labeled Goat Anti‐Mouse (A0473, 1:200) secondary antibodies were purchased from Beyotime (Shanghai, China). Pitstop2 (HY‐115604), dynasore (HY‐13863), chloroquine (CQ, HY‐17589A), bafilomycin A1 (BafA1, HY‐100558), β‐secretase inhibitor LY2811376 (HY‐10472), α‐secretase inhibitor GI254023X (HY‐19956) and γ‐secretase inhibitor DAPT (HY‐13027) were purchased from MCE (Monmouth Junction, NJ, USA).
