Retinal Cytokine Profiling in Rats

After peeling off, the retinas (without retinal pigment epithelium) of eight rats (left eye) in each group were mixed with ice-cold buffer (0.9% saline solution containing 1 μg/L protease inhibitor) to make 100 g/L tissue homogenate.
