The antibody against Snail2 (sc-166476) was from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (United States). Acetylated H3K4 (C15410322) and H3K56 (C15410213) antibodies were purchased from Diagenode.
Transient knockdown experiments were conducted using human siRNA for Snail2, HDAC1, HDAC3, and siControl (Gene Pharma, China). HL-7702 cells were transfected with the indicated siRNAs using Lipofectamine 2000 transfection reagent according to the manufacturer’s protocols.
