In vivo bio-distribution of HA-PAAVB NPs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
To examine the bio-distribution of HA-PAAVB NPs in 4T1 tumor-bearing mice, the near-infrared fluorescent dye, DiR, was encapsulated into HA-PAAVB NPs. When the volume of the subcutaneous 4T1 tumor reached 200–300 mm3, eight mice were randomly divided into two groups. Free DiR and HA-PAAVB NPs/DiR were intravenously administrated into mice, respectively (the dosage of DiR was calculated as 0.35 mg per kg mouse). At pre-determined intervals (2, 4, 8, 10, and 24 h), the fluorescent images were captured using an in vivo imaging system (IVISs Lumina XR Series III, PerkinElmer). Then the mice were sacrificed and major tissues (heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, and tumor) were harvested for ex-vivo imaging.

Biodistribution of Nanobullets in 4T1 Tumor Mice

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
To examine the biodistribution of nanobullets in 4T1 tumor-bearing mice, the near-infrared fluorescent dye, IR780, was encapsulated into HA-ACVA NBs and HA-ACVA-AZ NBs. Until the volume of the subcutaneous 4T1 tumor reached 200–300 mm3, mice were randomly divided into three groups. Free IR780, IR780@HA-ACVA NBs and IR780@HA-ACVA-AZ NBs were intravenously administrated into mice, respectively. (The dosage of IR780 was calculated as 0.3 mg per kg mouse.) At preset intervals (2, 4, 7, 10 and 24 h), the fluorescent images were captured using in vivo imaging system (IVISs Lumina XR Series III, PerkinElmer). Finally, the mice were sacrificed and major tissues (heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and tumor) were harvested for ex vivo imaging.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
