(Xian, China). d-α-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate (TPGS), Poloxamer 188, and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) were purchased from BASF (Ludwigshafen, Germany), Macklin Biochemical Ltd. (Shanghai, China), and FuchenChemical Reagents Factory (Tianjin, China), respectively. All reagents and solvents were purchased from Shanghai Aladdin Chemical Reagent Co. Ltd and used without further puri cation. All metal ions exist in the form of chlorides (NaCl, KCl, CaCl 2 , MgCl 2 , AlCl 3 , ZnCl 2 , MnCl 2 , HgCl 2 , FeCl 2 , CuCl 2 , FeCl 3 ), all anions exist in the form of sodium salts (NaF, NaCl, NaBr, NaI, NaHCO 3 , CH 3 COONa, NaNO 2 , NaNO 3 , Na 2 SO 3 , Na 2 SO 4 , NaH 2 PO 4 , Na 3 PO 4 , NaClO, C 6 H 5 Na 3 O 7 , Na 2 S) and biothiols (Cys, Hcy and GSH) were purchased from Tianjin Damao Chemical Reagent Company. Na 2 S is used as a source of H 2 S. The other reagents used in the experiment were analytically pure, and the distilled water used was the secondary distilled water. The solvents used were all treated according to the manual of organic solvent puri cation. Instruments used in the experiment mainly include Mettler imported electronic balance, Swiss Mettler Toledo Instruments Co. Ltd. 1 H NMR spectra was measured using an Unity Plus-400-MHz spectrometer. HRMS was determined with a Mariner apparatus. UV-vis titration experiment was tested on a Shimadzu UV2600 Spectrophotometer. Fluorescence spectra was performed using an Eclipse Fluorescence Spectrophotometer. The uorescence lifetime was measured by transient/steady-state uorescence spectrometer FLS100.
