Vascular Reactivity Comparative Analysis

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Comparison between GA groups in vascular reactivity was analyzed by ANOVA repeated measures and ANOVA with Fisher’s protected least significant difference (PLSD) post hoc testing using IBM SPSS Statistics software for Windows, Version 22.0. Armonk, NY: IBM Corp. RT-PCR and western blot data were analyzed by ANOVA with Fisher’s PLSD post hoc testing. Data are presented as mean ± SEM. Significance was accepted at P < 0.05.

Antimicrobial Therapy for Acute Otitis Media

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Statistical analyses were performed according to the intention-to-treat principle from October 24, 2022, to September 16, 2023. We calculated the 95% CIs of the differences between groups using a standard normal deviate test for the proportions,20 as well as a 2-tailed unpaired t test for Gaussian continuous variables; P < .05 was considered statistically significant. Relative risks with 95% CIs were calculated. A Mann-Whitney test was performed for non-Gaussian variables. Time to first episode of AOM requiring antimicrobial therapy during the intervention within 6 months was analyzed with the Kaplan-Meier method, and the log-rank test was used to compare survival distributions. The data were analyzed with SPSS Statistics software for Windows, version 27.0 (IBM Corporation), and StatsDirect statistical software, version 3.3.5 (StatsDirect Ltd).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
