Anti mouse inos antibodies

Manufactured by BioLegend
Sourced in United States

Anti-mouse iNOS antibodies are designed for the detection and quantification of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in mouse samples. iNOS is an enzyme that catalyzes the production of nitric oxide, which plays a role in various physiological and pathological processes.

Macrophage Polarization Assay Protocol

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Biolegend (USA) provided INF-γ, LPS, IL-4, IL-10, anti-mouse IL-4 antibodies, anti-mouse iNOS antibodies, anti-mouse CD206 antibodies, anti-mouse CD38 antibodies, anti-mouse iNOS antibodies, and the assay kits (IL-10, IL-4, TNF-α, and IL-6 ELISA). A western blotting kit, RNase inhibitor, and Mix-n-Stain™ protein labeling kit were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (Singapore). A mouse multiplex kit was purchased from Bio-Rad (Singapore). Other agents unless specifically mentioned were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Singapore).

Immune Cell Phenotyping in Treated RAW264.7 Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
After different treatments, the RAW264.7 cells were centrifuged and resuspended in PBS for flow cytometry experiments. According to the manufacturer’s instructions (Peng et al., 2019 (link)), anti-mouse F4/80 (565,410; Biosciences, Shanghai) and anti-mouse iNOS antibodies (696,805; BioLegend, Beijing) were used for fluorescent staining. Isotype antibody controls were used to exclude non-specific fluorescent staining. Data were obtained using a CytoFLEX flow cytometer (Beckman Coulter, United States).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
