ICG and dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) were bought from Shanghai Macklin Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). RGD peptide was purchased from Shanghai Apeptide Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Tetrahydrofuran (THF) was obtained from Damao Chemical Reagent Factory (Tianjin, China). RPMI 1640, cell culture reagents including Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM), fetal bovine serum (FBS), trypsin, and antibiotics were all bought from Gibco (Gaithersburg, MD, United States). Cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) was obtained from Kaiji Bio-tech Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu, China). Human GC SGC7901 cells, mouse fibroblastic cells L929 were purchased from Beogene Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou, China). Live/Dead cell staining kits were obtained from BestBio Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). All other reagents were of analytical grade unless otherwise noted.

Cur was obtained from Shanghai Winherb Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Fe(acac)₃, Mn(acac)₂, 1,2-hexadecanediol, oleic acid, oleyl amine and dibenzyl ether were obtained from Shanghai Macklin Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). DSPE-PEG-COOH and DSPE-PEG-Mal (both with a PEG molecular weight = 2000) were obtained from Aladdin Reagents (Shanghai, China). Tetrahydrofuran (THF) was obtained from Damao Chemical Reagent Factory (Tianjin, China). Peptides QSH and CRT were obtained from GL Biochem (Shanghai) Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Cell counting Kit-8 was obtained from Beyotine (Shanghai, China). Antibody against 6E10 was obtained from Biolegend (San Diego, CA, USA). Antibody against NLRP3 was obtained from AdipoGen (San Diego, CA, USA). Antibodies against Iba1, IL-18, BDNF, doublecortin (DCX), CD68, GFAP, NeuN and GAPDH were obtained from Abcam (Cambridge, UK). Antibodies against ASC, β-Actin and horseradish peroxide (HRP)-conjugated secondary antibody were obtained from Cell Signaling Technology (Danvers, MA, USA). The chemiluminescent HRP substrate was obtained from Millipore (Billerica, MA, USA). All other reagents were analytical grade or better.
