Qdm (AMAPRTLLL) and Preproinsulin II (ALWMRFLPL) peptides were synthesized by GenScript (Piscataway, NJ) and shipped to the NIH Tetramer Core (Emory University, Atlanta, GA) for folding into mouse Qa-1b Tetramers labeled with APC. Samples were acquired on a BD LSRFortessa and analyzed by FlowJo (TreeStar, Ashland, OR).
