6 galactobiose
6-galactobiose is a disaccharide carbohydrate composed of two galactose molecules. It is a key component in various biological processes and can be used in laboratory applications. The core function of 6-galactobiose is to serve as a substrate for specific enzymatic reactions and as a structural building block in certain glycan molecules.

(Steinheim, Germany). D-Glucose and Lactose for yeast culture media were obtained from Panreac (Barcelona, Spain), bacteriological peptone was acquired from Cultimed (Barcelona, Spain) and yeast extract and agar were purchased from Pronadisa (Madrid, Spain). Ultrapure water (18.2 M Ω-cm, with levels of 1-5 ng/mL total organic carbon and <0.001 EU/mL pyrogen) produced in-house with a laboratory water purification system (Milli-Q Synthesis A10, Millipore, Billerica, MA, USA) was used throughout.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
