University (Republic of Korea). In this study,
Amentoflavone was obtained from Sigma-Aldrich
(St. Louis, MO, USA). Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s
medium (DMEM), trypsin-EDTA, penicillin/
streptomycin/ amphotericin (10000 U/ml, 10000 g/
ml, and 2500 g/ml, respectively), and fetal bovine
serum (FBS) were obtained from Gibco BRL, Life
Technologies (NY, USA). A549 (ATCC # CRL-6323)
and WI38 (ATCC # CRL-75) cells were purchased from
ATCC. 3-(4 (link),5 (link)-dimethyl-2-yl)-2,5- diphenyl tetrazolium
bromide (MTT) reagent, agarose, and other materials
were purchased from Sigma Chemical Co. (St. Louis,
MO, USA).

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
