Pe conjugated mouse anti human cd105

Manufactured by BD
Sourced in United States

PE-conjugated mouse anti-human CD105 is a laboratory reagent used to detect and measure the presence of CD105 (endoglin) on human cells. It is a mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated with the fluorescent dye phycoerythrin (PE). CD105 is a cell surface protein involved in angiogenesis and transforming growth factor-beta signaling.

Flow Cytometric Analysis of MSCs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
For flow cytometry analysis, MSCs or Pio-MSCs were trypsinized and washed twice prior to resuspension in PBS containing 2% FBS and 1 mM EDTA. Cells were adjusted to 1 × 106 in 100 µL of cell suspension. For cell surface labeling, cell suspensions were incubated at 4 °C for 30 min with 5 µL of antibodies (dilution, 1:20) against MSC-specific surface markers. Phycoerythrin (PE)-conjugated mouse anti-human CD73, fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-conjugated mouse anti-human CD90, and PE-conjugated mouse anti-human CD105 antibodies were supplied by BD Biosciences (San Jose, CA, USA). FITC-conjugated mouse anti-human CD34 was supplied by BD PharMingenTM (San Jose, CA, USA). Cell surface marker analysis was performed using a BD FACSCanto™ II Flow Cytometer and FACSDIVA software version 6.1.3 (BD Biosciences, San Jose, CA, USA).

Flow Cytometric Analysis of hADSCs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
hADSCs were labeled with phycoerythrin (PE)-conjugated mouse anti-human CD73, PE-conjugated mouse anti-human CD90, PE-conjugated mouse anti-human CD105, and PE-conjugated mouse anti-human CD45 antibodies (BD Biosciences). Cells were then analyzed on a FACSCanto II (BD Biosciences) as described in the manufacturer’s protocol. A total of 10,000 events were acquired and the cells were gated properly for analysis.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
