CAGE 500 and 552 N-hydroxysuccinimide esters for antibody conjugation were from Abberior. FLAG and HA.11 primary antibodies were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (UK), and Cambridge BioScience, respectively. Coelenterazine h was purchased from Promega (UK), for BRET assays, and for Ca²⁺ imaging, Fluo-4AM direct was obtained from Invitrogen. Pharmacological inhibitors nifedipine and 2-aminoethyl diphenylborinate (2-APB) was purchased from Sigma Aldrich (UK), thapsigargin from Abcam (UK) and gallein from Calbiochem (UK). The Gαq/11 inhibitor FR900359 (UBO-QIC) was purchased from the Institute of Pharmaceutical Biology, University of Bonn.

For cre-luc reporter gene assays, SteadyLite was purchased from PerkinElmer Life Sciences. Fluo-4 direct for calcium imaging was obtained from Invitrogen and HTRF-IP₁ assay from CisBio.
