Monitoring Cytokine Levels in Murine Infection

Sera were also analyzed using a MILLIPLEX MAP 32-plex mouse cytokine/chemokine panel (EMD Millipore, Billerica, MA) and analyzed on a Luminex MAGPIX System with xPONENT (v4.2) software (Luminex, Austin, TX).
