Cd27 pc7 clone 1a4cd27
CD27 (PC7) (clone 1A4CD27) is a fluorochrome-conjugated antibody that binds to the CD27 antigen. CD27 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily and is expressed on T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells. The antibody can be used for the identification and enumeration of CD27-positive cells in flow cytometry applications.
2 protocols using cd27 pc7 clone 1a4cd27
Immunophenotyping of B-cell subsets
Comprehensive Immune Profiling of Surgical Patients
Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199) were detected by an electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA). The Roche Cobas e602 electrochemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer and its supporting reagents were used.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
