For intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized using the Fix/Perm kit (Biolegend, USA). Flow cytometry was performed on a Beckman-Coulter CyAn ADP cytometer (Beckman-Coulter, USA) and analyzed with FlowJo software (Tree Star, Ashland, USA).
