Streptomycin

Acanthopanax senticosus root was purchased from Beijing Tongrentang Pharmacy and authenticated by Professor Zhiqiang Liu, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry (CIAC), Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun, China. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-grade methanol, acetonitrile, and formic acid were purchased from Fisher Scientific Corporation (Loughborough, UK). Other analytical-grade chemicals were supplied by Beijing Chemical Works (Beijing, China). Ultrapure water was made using the Milli-Q purification system (Billerica, MA, USA). Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), Fetal bovine serum (FBS), penicillin, streptomycin, Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM), [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2 Htetrazolium bromide (MTT), and Trypsin were supplied by Beijing Dingguo Changsheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China). MPTP was obtained from Shanghai Demo Pharmaceutical Technology Co., LTD. (Shanghai, China). AKT and JAK1 antibodies were purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, MA).

EGCG (≥95%) was purchased from Chengdu Purifa Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Chengdu, China). 200 cps CS with DD of 95% and molecular weight (Mw) of 100 kDa derived from crab shell were obtained from Zhejiang Aoxing Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang, China). mPEG-SPA (2 000 Da) and NH₂-PEG-COOH were purchased from Jiaxing Bomei Biotechnology Co. Ltd. (Zhejiang, China). EDC·HCl. DCC, NHS, TPP, FA, were purchased from Aladdin Industrial Corporation (Shanghai, China). Human breast cancer MCF-7 cells and trypsin/EDTA were purchased from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC, Manassas, USA). Rhodamine B isothiocyanate and DMSO were purchased from Sigma Chemical Co. (Shanghai, China). Dulbecco’s modified eagle medium (DMEM), fetal bovine serum (FBS), Hank’s balanced salt solution (HBSS), penicillin, Hepes, insulin, streptomycin, gentamicin, 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) and Hoechst 33342 were purchased from Dingguo Biotechnology Co. Ltd. (Chongqing, China).

Methylene cyanide, natural graphite powder, sodium nitrate (NaNO₃), potassium permanganate (KMnO₄), hydrogen peroxide solution (H₂O₂, 30%), hydrochloric acid, ferric chloride hexahydrate (FeCl₃·6H₂O, 98%), sodium acetate (NaOAc), chitosan (CS), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich. 1,3-Diphenylisobenzofuran (DPBF), sodium azide (SA) and d-mannitol (DM) were bought from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent (Shanghai, China). Dulbecco's modified eagle medium (DMEM), penicillin, streptomycin, fetal bovine serum (FBS), and phosphate buffered saline (PBS) were purchased from Beijing Dingguo Biotechnology Co. (Beijing, China). PBS used in other experiments was prepared by mixing stock solutions of NaH₂PO₄ and Na₂HPO₄. Ethanol, methanol, dichloromethane, triethylamine (TEA), hydrobromide/acetic acid (HBr/HAc, 33%), glacial acetic acid (HAc, 99%), concentrated sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄, 98%), and lithium hydroxide (LiOH) were analytical reagents. All the chemicals and reagents were of analytical grade and used without any purification. All the solvents were distilled and purified by standard procedures. Pure water was obtained from Milli-Q synthesis system (Millipore, Billerica, MA, USA).

Boc-L-leucine, Boc-D-leucine, di-tert-butyl ecarbonate, N-ethoxycarbonyl-2-ethoxy-1,2-dihydroquinoline (EEDQ), trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), N-[(trimethylsilyl)methyl]benzylamine, and phthalylglycyl chloride were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co. Dulbecco’s modified Eagle medium (DMEM), penicillin, streptomycin and fetal bovine serum (FBS) were purchased from Beijing Dingguo Biotechnology Co. (Beijing, China). Fluo-3 AM, rhodamine 123, RNase and propidium iodide (PI) were purchased from Beyotime Biotechnology (Jiangsu, China). A Lactate Dehydrogenase Kit was bought from Beijing Solarbio Science & Technology (Beijing, China). Mass spectra were recorded on a JEOL JMS-700 spectrometer. AMX400 NMR (Bruker, Bremen, Germany) was used to record ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectra. A 450 W medium-pressure mercury lamp (HANOVIA Specialty Lighting LLC, Fairfield, NJ, USA) filtered by Pyrex glass (λ > 290 nm) was used for photoinduced excitation in a JRS-7825-34 photoreactor (Julabo, Seelbach, Germany). Hep G2 (human liver cancer cell line ATCC HB-8065), MD-MAB-231 (human breast cancer cell line ATCC HTB-26) and L929 (mouse fibroblast cell line ATCC CCL-1) cells were provided by the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China.
