China). Sodium carbonate anhydrous, sodium bromide, potassium iodide,
sulfuric acid, and sodium hydroxide were purchased from Xilong Scientific
Co., Ltd. (Shantou, China). Potassium thiocyanate and sodium dihydrogen
phosphate were purchased from Tianjin Damao Chemical Reagent Factory
(Tianjin, China) and Tianjin Zhiyuan Chemical Reagent Co. Ltd. (Tianjin,
China), respectively. A cheap ultraviolet sterilizing lamp of 6 W
(Philips TUV) and portable LED torch (Supfire A5) were purchased from
a local commercial store.
