Cell Transfection with UBE2C, ZEB1, and ZEB2

For cell transfection, recombinant pcDNA3.1 plasmid contained UBE2C, ZEB1 or ZEB2, UBE2C small interfere RNA (siUBE2C, GenePharma Co.
