Antibodies specific for DNMT3b (ab13604), CXCR4 (ab2074), Acetyl-H3 (ab47915), and Total-H3 (ab1791) were purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, MA). Anti-p84 (GTX70220) was purchased from Genetex (Kennesaw, GA). Anti-mouse (7076S), and anti-rabbit horseradish peroxidase (7074S) and anti-p300 (K1499) were obtained from Cell Signaling Technology (Danvers, MA). Anti-rabbit Alexa488 was purchased from Molecular Probes (Eugene, OR). All other chemicals were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich.
