Phenotyping of In Vitro Differentiated BM-MDRCs

The in vitro differentiated BM-MDRC were prepared for flow cytometry by first incubating in FACS staining buffer (PBS + 3% FBS) containing 2.0 μg/ml of the mAb 2.4G2 (BD Pharmingen, Franklin Lakes, NJ) at 4°C for 30 minutes.
