Quantitative Gene Expression Analysis

Total RNA was extracted with RNA-easy Isolation Reagent (#R701, Vazyme). After quantification, the same amount of RNA was reverse transcribed with an RT Reagent Kit (RR037A, Takara). Quantitative PCR was performed using SYBR qPCR reagent (Q111, Vazyme). GAPDH for cells and 18S rRNA for tissues were used as reference genes.
