The cells were plated in 24-well plates and transfected with pmirGLO-MALAT1 or pmirGLO-MALAT1-mut together with miR-26a mimics or NC mimics. At 48 h post-transfection, luciferase activity was analyzed using the Dual-Glo Luciferase Assay System (Promega, Madison, WI) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
