RNA extraction solution easy-BLUE (Total RNA Extraction Solution) was purchased from Intron Biotechnology (Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea), according to the manufacturer’s protocol (INTRON, cat17061). Complementary DNA (cDNA) synthesis was performed using Revert Aid TM First-Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit (ABI, cat4368814) according to the manufacturer’s instruction (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA). Real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) kit was supplied by Takara (Otsu, Japan). The human breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7) and human fibroblast (HF) primary cells were provided by the National Cell Bank Pasteur Institute (Tehran, Iran). Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium (DMEM), fetal bovine serum (FBS), 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) (MTT), and 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) were provided by Thermo Fisher Scientific.
