Plasma Jet Assisted RNA Extraction

The human breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7) and human fibroblast (HF) primary cells were provided by the National Cell Bank Pasteur Institute (Tehran, Iran). Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium (DMEM), fetal bovine serum (FBS), 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) (MTT), and 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) were provided by Thermo Fisher Scientific.
