Serum Cytokine/Chemokine Profiling

Blood was collected via cardiac puncture in 500 Serum-Gel tubes (Sarstedt). Serum was separated by centrifugation at 10,000 rpm for 4 min at room temperature and kept at −80°C until analysis.
