Cells were seeded into confocal dish and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 30 min, permeabilised in .1% Triton X‐100 for 10 min and probed with an anti‐LRPPRC (1:100, Santa Cruz Biotechnology, sc‐166178) and anti‐m6A antibody (1:100, ABclonal, A19841). Nuclei were detected with 4′,6‐diamidino‐2‐phenylindole (Invitrogen). The specific procedures were performed as described previously.

Cells were collected via centrifugation at 800 g for 5 min and lysed in RIPA lysis buffer (Beyotime, Jiangsu, China) containing 1 mM phenylmethylsulfonylfluoride. 30 µg lysates from each sample were loaded onto 10% SDS polyacrylamide gels for immunoblot analysis.
