The following monoclonal antibodies were used in this study: Pacific Blue-conjugated anti-human CD3 (clone UCHT1; BioLegend), PE-Cy7-conjugated anti-human CD56 (clone CMSSB; eBioscience), FITC-conjugated anti-human KIR3DL1 (clone DX9; BioLegend), Alexa Fluor 700 conjugated anti-human IFN-γ (clone B27; BioLegend), purified anti-HA.11 (Clone 16B12; BioLegend), anti-BiP (Clone C50B12; Cell Signaling Technology), anti-GAPDH (Clone 14C10; Cell Signaling Technology) and anti-vinculin (Clone E1E9V; Cell Signaling Technology).
