Analytical Characterization of Infliximab Biosimilars

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Chemicals used for the experiments were systematically of analytical grade or high-purity grade. Ultrapure water used to prepare buffers and sample solutions was obtained using a Milli-Q Reference A+ water purification system purchased from Merck Millipore (Billerica, MA, USA). LC-MS grade H2O and acetonitrile (ACN) used for ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) experiments were purchased from VWR Chemicals (Fontenay-sous-Bois, France), respectively. Commercial products of infliximab innovator Remicade® (Merck Sharp and Dohme) and the respective EMA/FDA-approved biosimilars Remsima® (Celltrion Healthcare) and Flixabi® (Biogen) were purchased from their respective manufacturers. Dithiothreitol (DTT) and iodoacetamide (IAM) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (Breda, the Netherlands). Trypsin enzyme was purchased from Promega (Madison, WI, USA).

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Chemicals used were systematically of analytical grade or high purity grade. Ultra-pure water used to prepare buffers and sample solutions was obtained using a Milli-Q reference A + water purification system purchased from Merck Millipore (Billerica, MA). LC–MS grade H2O and acetonitrile (ACN) used for UPLC-MS/MS experiments were purchased from VWR chemicals (Fontenay-sous-Bois, France). Hydropropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), ɛ-aminocaproic acid, triethylenetetramine (TETA), dithiotreitol (DTT), and iodoacetamide (IAM) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (Breda, The Netherlands). Trypsin enzyme was purchased from Promega (Madison, WI). The original products corresponding to the EMA/FDA-approved samples of mAb1 (mAb1 reference) and mAb2 (mAb2 reference) were provided by their respective manufacturer.

UHPLC-DAD-MS/MS Analysis of Seawater

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS) grade H2O, acetonitrile (ACN) and formic acid for UHPLC-DAD-MS/MS analysis and HPLC grade methanol (MeOH), reagent grade diethyl ether, hydrochloric acid (HCl, 37%), and NaCl used for sample preparation were all purchased from VWR Chemicals (Oslo, Norway). Milli-Q H2O (Merck; Darmstadt, Germany) was used in sample and buffer preparation. Purine and HP-0921, Agilent part number: G1969-85003, were used as internal standards for MS spectra calibration, purchased from Matriks AS (Oslo, Norway). In this study, calcium and magnesium (Ca2+/Mg2+) free seawater (CMFSW)58 (link) and calcium and magnesium free modified anticoagulant buffer containing 462 mM NaCl, 10.7 mM KCl, 7 mM Na2SO4, 2.1 mM NaHCO3, and 20 mM EGTA (CMFSW-E), pH 7.859 (link) were used.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
