For the detection of phospho-SRSF1, total SRSF1 was first immunoprecipitated with the specific anti-SRSF1 antibody (sc-33652) and this enriched fraction then probed with the-SR phosphoepitope antibody (1H4). For densitometric analysis of band intensities, X-ray films from at least three independent experiments were digitalized and analyzed using ImageJ software (NIH).
