Ht 12 v4.0 platform

Manufactured by Illumina

The HT-12 v4.0 platform is a high-throughput gene expression microarray system designed and manufactured by Illumina. It is capable of analyzing the expression levels of thousands of genes simultaneously across multiple samples. The platform utilizes Illumina's proprietary BeadArray technology to provide a comprehensive and reliable gene expression profiling solution.

Quantification of microRNA-363-3p expression

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Total RNA was extracted from serum and cells using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen; Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc.). cDNA synthesis was carried out using a RT kit (Takara Biotechnology Ltd.). MicroRNA-363-3p expression was quantified by using SYBR Premix Ex TaqTM (Takara) under ABI 7500 Fast Sequence Detection System (Applied Biosystems Prism; Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc.).
Microarray analysis was performed using Illumina, HT-12 v4.0 platform (Bencos Research Solutions). Total RNA was extracted from serum and cells using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen; Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc.). Gene expression analysis was performed commercially using Illumina, HT-12 v4.0 platform and expression of genes was analyzed using R 3.1.2 (www.r-project.org).

Whole-Genome Expression Analysis Protocol

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The Illumina HT-12 v. 4.0 platform was used to generate whole-genome expression data. The raw data were transformed and normalized using the variance stabilizing normalization method and probes with detection P-value of <0.01 in at least 10% of the samples were used for analysis. Data are presented as the means ± SD. A moderate permutation-based two-tailed Welch t-test was applied to estimate differences between groups. A Bonferroni-adjusted P-value <0.05 was considered to indicate a statistically significant difference. Analyses were performed using MultiExperiment Viewer Software 4.9.0.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
