Cell lysate protein were collected and loaded on SDS polyacrylamide gels as previously described^{19 (link)}. Membranes were incubated with appropriate antibodies against ZIP4 (Proteintech, 1:2000), ITGA3, ITGB1 (Millipore, 1: 1000), ENT1 (Proteintech, 1:1000), p STAT3, STAT3 (Cell Signaling, 1:1000), pJNK, JNK (Cell signaling, 1:1000) or β-actin (Sigma, 1:10000) at 4 °C overnight. Following washes with 0.1% Tween 20-TBS membranes were incubated with a horseradish peroxidase-linked secondary antibody (1: 5000) for 2 h at room temperature. Immunoreactive bands were detected using an enhanced chemiluminescent (ECL) plus reagent kit.
