TIM-3-PE (8B.2C12) is a fluorescent-labeled monoclonal antibody that recognizes the human T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain containing-3 (TIM-3) protein. TIM-3 is a cell surface receptor expressed on various immune cells, including T cells, natural killer cells, and dendritic cells. The TIM-3-PE antibody can be used for the detection and analysis of TIM-3 expression on cells by flow cytometry.
