Proline Content Quantification in Glioma Cells

In glioma cells, the indicated plasmids were transfected. Collect the trypsin-digested glioma cells 72 hours later in a 15 mL centrifuge tube, centrifuge (800 rpm, 5 minutes), and discard the supernatant.
