F‐7000 spectrophotometer (Hitachi, Japan) equipped with 1 cm quartz cell was utilized for taking the fluorescence spectroscopy of the samples. Some other analytical tools like a UV–visible spectrophotometer (UV 1800; Shimadzu, Japan), an electric balance (AS 220.R2; Shimadzu), a pH meter (Orion Star A111), a sonicator (Ultrasons Medi. Li), a thermostatic water bath (Unitronic Orbital, Spectra, Spain), etc., were utilized for the analysis.

Apparatus. In this study a fluorescence spectrophotometer, F-7000 (Hitachi, Japan) equipped with 1.0 cm quartz cell, a thermostatic water bath (Unitronic Orbital, P Spectra, Spain), an analytical balance (AS 220.R2 Shimadzu, Japan), a sonicator (UltrasonsMedi II), pH meter (Orion Star A111) were also used for the analysis.
Drugs and chemicals. Standard secnidazole was gift from ACI Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Dhaka, Bangladesh. Potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate, potassium phosphate dibasic and BSA were of analytical grade and purchased from the local market. The BSA solution was prepared in phosphate buffer (pH 7.4). All metal salts were collected from department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, university of Dhaka, Bangladesh. (Saha et al., 2013) pH 7.4. About 65 ml of 0.01M KH 2 PO 4 was mixed with 235 ml of 0.01M K 2 HPO 4 and diluted to 1000 ml with DM water.

A digitalized melting-point machine (WRS-1B), an electronic balance (AS 220.R2 Shimadzu, Japan), sonicator (UltrasonsMediIi), pH meter (Orion Star A111), thermostatic water bath (Unitronic Orbital, P Spectra, Spain), TGA 50H (Shimadzu, Japan), JEOL/EO-JSM-6490 equipment, RIGAKU Ultima IV Xray Diffractometer, and so on, were utilized for the in-vitro analysis of drug-drug interaction. On the other hand, the F-7000 Spectrophotometer (Hitachi, Japan) was used for the synchronous fluorescence spectroscopic analysis, and various extensive computer-based software like PyRx, PyMol, Discovery Studio 4.5, etc., were run for molecular docking intended for receptor-based analysis.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
