Mouse c reactive protein elisa kit

The human serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were measured via Human IL-6 ELISA Kit (EK0410) and Human TNFα ELISA Kit (EK0525), and the mouse serum levels of IL-2, TNF-α, hs-CRP, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-17A, and IL-10 were determined by Mouse IL-2 ELISA Kit (EK0398), Mouse TNFα ELISA Kit (EK0527), Mouse IFN gamma/IFNG ELISA Kit (EK0375), Mouse IL-4 ELISA Kit (EK0405), Mouse IL-17A ELISA Kit (EK0431), and Mouse IL-10 ELISA Kit (EK0417, BOSTER, Wuhan, China) in line with the manufacturer's protocol. The mouse serum levels of hs-CRP were analyzed through Mouse C Reactive Protein ELISA Kit (ab222511, Abcam, Cambridge, UK) based on the working instructions. The absorbance at 450 nm was measured using a microplate reader (SpectraMAX Plus384, America).

To assay the CRP concentrations in mouse serum, samples were diluted 1:300 and measured using a Mouse C‐Reactive Protein ELISA Kit according to the protocol provided by the manufacturer (ab222511, Abcam). The quantity of CRP was interpolated from a standard curve.

The culture medium DMEM and fetal bovine serum (FBS) are products of Gibco. A Bio-Plex Pro Mouse Cytokine 23-plex Assay Kit (M60009RDPD) was purchased from Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. A Mouse C-Reactive Protein ELISA Kit (ab222511) was purchased from Abcam. An MHV-Ab ELISA Kit (DG30747M) was purchased from Beijing Winter Song Boye Biotechnology Co. Ltd, China. An RNeasy Plus Mini Kit (74136), a QuantiTect Reverse Transcription Kit (205311), and a QuantiTect Probe PCR Kit (204343) were purchased from QIAGEN. Paraformaldehyde (4%) was purchased from Beijing Solarbio Technology Co. Ltd, China. RNAstore reagent was purchased from TIANGEN Biotech (Beijing) Co. Ltd, China. The preparation of sections for histopathological analysis and hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining of mouse organs was performed by Beijing Soonbio Technology Co., Ltd, China.
