Anti gapdh antibody

Isoflurane was obtained from RWD Life Science Co. (Shenzhen, China). AAV9-synapsin-human SNCA (A53T) and AAV9-synapsin-mCherry were developed by Ruizhen Biotechnology Co. (Shandong, China). Rabbit polyclonal anti-Grp78, anti-TH, and anti-p62 antibodies were purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, UK). Rabbit polyclonal anti-CHOP, anti-β-camkII, and anti-NR2B antibodies were purchased from Bioworld Technology Co., Ltd. (Nanjing, China). Mouse monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody was purchased from Immunoway Biotechnology Company (Texas, USA). PVDF membrane and ECL agent were obtained from Millipore (Bellerica, MA, USA). RNAiso Plus, cDNA reverse transcription kit, and real-time PCR (RT-PCR) mix were purchased from TAKARA Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Dalian, China).

Rabbit polyclonal anti-Aβ42 antibody was procured from Millipore (Millipore, Cat# AB5078P, CA, USA). Rabbit polyclonal anti-amylin antibody was obtained from Boster (Boster, Cat#A00414, Wuhan, China). Mouse monoclonal anti-Glu4 (Santa Cruz, Cat# sc-53566, CA, USA) and Na⁺/K⁺-ATPases antibodies were purchased from Santa Cruz (Santa Cruz, Cat# sc-58628, CA, USA). Rabbit polyclonal anti-GAPDH antibody was purchased from ImmunoWay (ImmunoWay, Cat# YM3445, TX, USA). β-Galactosidase staining kits (Beyotime, Cat# C0602, Haimen, China) and membrane and cytosol protein extraction kits were purchased from Beyotime (Beyotime, Cat# P0027, Haimen, China).

Western blot and immunofluorescence assays were conducted as previously described.34 The antibodies used in Western blot were anti‐GAPDH antibody (1:2000; Immunoway, USA), anti‐Runx2 antibody (1:1000; Abcam, USA), anti‐Collagen1(Col1) antibody (1:2000; Abcam, USA), anti‐β‐catenin antibody(1:1000; CST, USA), anti‐active β‐catenin antibody (1:1000; CST, USA), anti‐phospho‐PI3K antibody (Tyr607, 1:1000; Affinity, USA), anti‐phospho‐Akt antibody (Ser473, 1:1000; Affinity, USA), anti‐PI3K antibody (1:1000; Affinity, USA), anti‐Akt antibody (1:1000; Affinity, USA). The antibodies used in immunofluorescence were anti‐p75NTR (1:200; Abcam, USA) and goat anti‐rabbit IgG‐TRITC secondary antibody (Beyotime, China). The Western blot results were further analysed using BIO‐RAD ChenmiDoc™ XRS + or C‐DiGit^TM Blot Scanner from LI‐COR Biosciences. The grayscale analysis was performed with Quantity One software (Bio‐Rad; Hercules, CA, USA).
