Magnetic rna pull down kit
The Magnetic RNA Pull-Down Kit is a laboratory tool designed to purify and concentrate specific RNA molecules from complex biological samples. It utilizes magnetic beads coated with complementary RNA probes to selectively capture and isolate target RNAs, enabling further analysis and downstream applications.

Regulatory Mechanism of circ_0011946 and miR-216a-5p
RNA pull-down assay was implemented through Magnetic RNA pull-down kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific). 1 × 107 CAL27 cells were lysed and hatched with the beads-conjugated biotin-labeled circ_0011946 probe or oligo probe (negative control) overnight at 4 °C. RNA bound to beads was isolated, and circ_0011946 and miR-216a-5p abundances were discovered by qRT-PCR.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
