LysoPC (18:0) and LysoPC (17:0) were purchased from Avanti Lipids Polar, Inc. (Alabaster, AL, United States). Other chemicals were all analytical grade. FastQuant RT (With gDNase) was obtained from TianGen Biotech (Beijing, China). SYBR TransStart Green qPCR SuperMix was purchased from TransGen Biotech (Beijing, China). The positive control drug, Ginkgo Biloba extract 761 (EGb 761) was purchased from Dr. Willmar Schwabe GmbH & Co. KG.
