Standards of rutin
Standards of rutin are reference materials used to calibrate and validate analytical methods for the measurement of rutin content in various samples. Rutin is a flavonoid compound that is commonly found in plant-based materials. These standards provide a consistent and reliable means of quantifying rutin levels across different analytical platforms and laboratories.

HPLC Analysis of Bioactive Compounds
All analyses were performed with an HPLC 1200 series with degasser, quaternary pump, automatic liquid sampler, thermostatic column compartment and diode array detector (DAD) from Agilent. Different HPLC columns were tested: XBridge C18 (5 µm, 4.6 x 250 mm) and Kinetex EVO C18, (5 µm, 4.6 x 250 mm). Water with 0.1% formic acid, water with 0.01% trifluoracetic acid, methanol and acetonitrile were evaluated as mobile phases.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
