3t magnetom tim trio mri

Manufactured by Siemens
Sourced in Germany

The 3T Magnetom Tim Trio MRI is a high-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system manufactured by Siemens. It operates at a magnetic field strength of 3 Tesla, which enables high-resolution imaging of the human body. The system is designed to provide detailed anatomical and functional information to support clinical diagnosis and research applications.

Multi-Modal MRI Protocol for Neuroimaging

Participants were scanned pre-, mid-, and post-intervention. MR images were acquired using a 3T Magnetom Tim Trio MRI scanner system (Siemens Medical Systems, Erlangen) using a 32-channel radiofrequency head coil. T1-weighted images were obtained using a 3D T1-weighted magnetization prepared gradient-echo (MPRAGE) sequence. The multi-parameter mapping protocol used to acquire the MT maps comprised one static magnetic (B0) gradient echo (GRE)-field map, one radiofrequency (RF) transmit field map (B1), and three multi-echo 3D fast low angle shot (FLASH) scans (Helms et al., 2008b (link); Tabelow et al., 2019 (link)). Diffusion-weighted images were obtained with a single-shot diffusion-weighted spin-echo-refocused echo-planar imaging sequence. Further details regarding the acquisition parameters can be found in the Supplementary Material.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans were acquired using a 3T Magnetom Tim Trio MRI scanner system (Siemens Medical Systems, Erlangen, Germany) using a 12-channel radiofrequency head coil. High-resolution anatomical images were collected using a T1-weighted 3D MPRAGE sequence (TR = 2500 ms, TE = 4.77 ms, TI = 1100 ms, acquisition matrix = 256 × 256 × 192, sagittal FOV = 256 mm, flip angle = 7°, voxel size = 1.0 mm × 1.0 mm × 1.0 mm).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
